On the contribution to desirable development of information and communication society, we declare that the most important issue for the management regarding to our corporate social responsibilities is to protect personal information on maintaining personal rights. Therefore, we familiarize all management and employees and implement the following policy.

(1) Considering purpose and scale of our business, we use personal information only for the purpose that we have presented only if we need them for our tasks. We will not use personal information for other than the purpose to accomplish our tasks (no use of personal information for the purpose other than the original intent). We will take an action not to use them other than the original purpose.

(2) If we let the third party to handle personal information, we will investigate the third party strictly and oversee them properly upon making confidential disclosure agreement.

3. Disclosure of personal information to third party

Unless required by law, we will not provide your personal information to any third party without your prior consent.

4. Compliance with laws and regulations

To accomplish the purpose of protecting personal information, we comply with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information as well as any authoritative guidelines.

5. Management of personal information

We manage and protect your personal information strictly. In order to prevent leaked, lost or corrupted, we implement all appropriate safety measures in accordance with our internal rule. If any trouble should happen, we will take an action promptly.

6. Establishment, execution, maintenance and improvement of management system for privacy policy

In order to enforce the policy, we establish management system for privacy policy, including manual of the policy for personal information protection and other rules and regulations, and familiarize all the staffs and persons concerned, then implement, maintain and improve the system continuously.

7. Our action for inquiries or complaint on handling personal information

We will take proper and prompt action for inquiries or complaint regarding to handling personal information.
